I came the first time to New Esquire in 2007 thanks to the recommendation of a former colleague and came back to them many times since then. I admit that I tried other tailors but I regretted every time.
This time I initially needed urgently only a few blue business shirts for an overseas exhibition – I didn't have but my new employer's dress code for the show required. After a whatsapp to Kenny whilst travelling in Indonesia and a call all instructions were clear and shirts were ready a few days later for pick-up – just in time for the show!
It did not end with just a pick-up 🙂 Whilst picking up the urgently needed shirts I asked Kenny to take new measurements and I ordered new suits, shirts, business trousers and casual trousers. Last weekend we had another fitting with a lovely dinner with Kenny's family afterwards and yesterday I could pick-up the final products!
As usual super workmanship and super customer service! I am looking forward to use all in real life!
